Water injection nozzles

Water injection nozzles
What kind of nozzles could I use for water injection? Would NOS blue fan spray nozzles work or should I look for something like ether nozzles off of an IH tractor? I am using a 220 psi pump from something like a pressure washer.
Also, how can I use my pyrometer to activate the pump?
