Water in fuel sensor

Water in fuel sensor
I'm about due to change my fuel filter. The last time I did this the wires to the sensor were almost broken off, its right where they can't be spliced. Can anyone tell me where to get a new one w/o going to the dealer?

I got mine from Cummins...I think it was about $30.00....That was 2.5 years ago...
