Want to remove or defeat, ABS. Ideas????
Early '01 4wd (rear drums, rear only ABS)
Blew out rear brake line (rusted), while I'm at it, will replace some other rusty lines as well. Question is,,,,,,What is the best way to remove the rear ABS completely? It is useless in 4wd anyway.
I would like to shed the extra "parts" while it is all apart.
Thanks in advance, Dave

Does it have 4w anti-stop brakes?
If so, using a factory service manual, at the 2 harnesses by the drivers fender, locat the 6 wires that come from the sensors. 2 front, 1 rear. cut the harness and tie them all together so the 3 inputs all read the same all the time.
