Want input on flash tuner please.

Posting for a friend, he's got an 05 automatic 3500 dually 2wd. He wants to naturally get the best bang for the buck but with everything they all look good until after the purchase then you find out from people on a forum that what you bought is a peice of crap compared to something else you could have bought for the same money. Looking for something handheld and prefrebly a flash tuner. Thanks in advance.

I dont like the bullydog personally,, made my truck shift like crap, and on the highway, it would pulse while on cruise control, I really like my edge,, but that isnt a flash unit,, but I love the diablo sport predator,, just tested it for a week, and love it,, am testing the ppe exhilarator right now,, not all that impressed,, not compared to the diablo, I will be going back to the diablo, but I think I am going to invest in their predator, powerpuck stack.
