vibration update

I have had a vibration that I thought was coming from the rear of the truck. I got under it today and was checking the u-joints for slop and when I pushed up on the drive shaft I noticed a little movement. Then I pushed on the end of the transmission it moved up and down a half inch or more. The bushing is completely gone. Is there a good possibility that is what is causing my cab to shake like crazy from time to time.

Thanks I think that I will check mine tomorrow. I have a little vibration and I can feel excessive movement when I get on and off the skinny pedal.
