Vibration transmitted through clutch pedal

I have an 07.5 6.7 QC 3500 DRW Thunder road with a 6spd. manual. And my question to you guys who have manuals is? When depressing clutch pedal do you feel any transmitting of vibration in the pedal? When depressing my clutch pedal it feels as though it is a cable operated clutch, And you can hear what I am feeling as well. The dealer thought it was the dual mass flywheel and replaced that and still same problem. They(dealer) stated there are NO TSB's on my complaint so therefore they have nothing further to go on as trying to resolve my issue. BTW the truck only has 16K on it.

So lucky me gets to deal with a dealer who seems to be clueless and I am in need of the expertise of the DTR members to try and steer them in the right direction. I personally think it is the actual Clutch pedal, Slave cylinder and Clutch. But they just look at me with the standard dazed and confused look when telling them this. So any idea's or help leading me in the direction to resolve this will be most appreciated.

BTW: The Truck is BONE stock

My 07 truck vibrates a little through the pedal. It's done it since new and hasn't gotten any worse. I drove a different manual trans truck at the dealer and it felt pretty much the same as mine. I think there is a tech article on this in the back issues on another website but I can't access the article.

I've had the same vibration since the truck was new. The dealer has replaced the clutch and the transmission (quality control issue where the trans was assembled) Can't find anything that could be causing the vibration. I've learned to live with it, doesn't seem to get any worse.

Thanks for the replies.....However they weren't what I was looking for...LOL The vibration really bugs me and I would like to find a cure for it. I just have it in my head a hydralic clutch should be vibration free. Expecially on a truck that cost what these do.

I found the article but I can't access it online. Look down this page to issue 61. If you buy the back issue or find out what the article says, please post up a summary so the rest of us know what's going on with this vibration.

I don't think the issue has to be in the clutch system to feel it in the clutch pedal. On the early 3rd gens they had a vibration in the clutch pedal and fuel pedal etc.on shift. It ended up being the TSB for a updated power steering hose with a weight/dampener on it.Not saying its the same thing(example) but it might be something else other then clutch related to feel it in the clutch pedal.

The clutch hydraulic slave master cylinder is solid mounted on the truck. If it were rubber mounted it would eliminate those vibrations. I did it on another truck when changing to SB clutch.

Had a friend with an 06 that when you pushed the clutch pedal you could feel a fast vibration in the pedal. More like a buzz. His turned out to be a bad throw out bearing.

My truck has just the opposite since I installed a 13" Southbend. It makes all kinds of noise when the pedal is up and quiets down when you push the pedal down.
