I have a 1998 Dodge with a 7" Skyjacker Lift, after the lift was installed, I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel, it is only present when I am sitting still, and I can move the steering wheel a slight bit and it will stop. Any Ideas?

Im not familiar with lifting rams but with 7" I wonder if your front drive line is starting to bind or? you just now can feel it thru the wheel. Typically the angle the 2 yokes needs to be no more than 1.5 degrees difference if not less. dunno, just something to look at.

Was a body lift installed also? It could be possible that the steering column is getting slighty stressed from an over extended steering shaft which may limit the ability of the vibration damper to work properly.

My first suggestion would be to get rid of all that red garbage you put on your poor truck, but seein' as how you've spent all the money and effort already.....

Check the intermediate shaft between the box and column. They get sloppy and it will transmit idle vibration through the column to the wheel.
