I've been noticing lately when my truck goes into overdrive or lock up theres a little vibe for about couple seconds, feels like your driving over a ripple on the highway wich is what I thought it was at first but it's actually something going on with the truck only when it goes into that final gear OD. Anyone have any idea what it could be ? Thanks

Sounds like a classic case of torque converter shudder. This means the TC is doing a rapid slip,,grab,,,slip,,,grab,,,, and it will normally get worse until you replace the TC. It will cause heat build up in the fluid also.
A band-aid might be to change the fluid and transmission filter, plus you can look into raising the line pressure a little. DTT has instructions on how to adjust the line pressure. This might buy you some time till you get information and resources together for a transmission upgrade. There are many, many options and price ranges to choose from, not to mention there are hundreds of threads with info and opinions. I think the best advice is to call the companies and talk with the builders so you can discuss your wants and needs. Goerend Brothers, DTT, Suncoast are some of the frequently mentioned companies
My 99 started doing this when I increased the horsepower. It first showed up when towing the 5er and then progressed to doing it when running empty. I finally went with a tranny upgrade using a Dave Goerend TC and valve body (VB) in order to increase line pressures and improve shifting. I've been happy ever since!
