Vacuum line ID please

I've got a vacuum line coming from the switch on the t-case that goes nowhere. It's green and appears to have some sort of 1-way valve on the end of it. Everything about the 4x4 works great, but this line has no home. It doesn't feel like it's drawing vacuum at idle, but I do have excessive blowby and I've been led to understand that vacuum leaks can be a cause. I found one other leak on the CAD, fixed that and some of the blowby went away. Help!
