Using high idle feature

I had this enabled at one time. Then at one point, I had a different dealer work on my truck. Now suddenly my high idle was either disabled, or I just can't remember how to use it. I don't remember it being too hard to figure out.

So, how do you use this thing. I hope I didn't loose it all together. Thank's.

Turn cruise on and hit set. It should ramp up to 1100 rpm. Use accel or decel to control rpm from there.

If the dealer "reflashed" your ECM, you will have to have the high idle "re-enabled". Just takes a minute with a ODB scanner thingamajigy.
