Upper Door Hinge Bushings
Ok on my '94 2500 the upper bushings in the doors are shot. The doors are ******** cause them to drag, creek, pop, snap, crackle and everything else. I thought a kit from the Help section at work(work at Advance Auto) and it has the pin and the bushings. It should be pretty straight forward I'm thinking. Just support the back of the door, grind one end of the pin off and knock it through. After that what exactly needs to be done to get the bushings in place and then the pin? After that that should tighten the doors up a lot then I could adjust them and all that good jazz. Just wanting to know what I'm getting into before I go to yank it apart and it become a nightmare

But do they have one for Mopar? I have seen them for a Chebby, but the Chebby has the bushings and such in it from the factory. If you have to engineer bushings into your hinges it will be a bigger pain, and you also must think about how much the existing holes have been wallowed out, which may affect bushing fit and location.
You may want to price the actual hinges first, from a dealer and a junk yard, before you go this route.
