upgraded to AD150..and still no diff in power from my F1 Flux 2's..chime in Don
Well I upgraded my to the AD150 and installed a fuel pressure gauge and still no diff in power from my flux 2's from Don...fuel pressure holds in the 20's...NOTE..with the smarty and quad off and injectors alone,I raced a bone stock 05 CR and he beat in a 1/4 mile run...need some pointers on what to do next...would appreciate to hear some comments from Don himself on what to do next....thanks

well its not the injectors. U got some kind of other issue going on. My stock turbo does 28lbs boost and u got a bigger one and only seeing 30 so u need to adjust ur wastegate or somthing

With the fuel you have you should have no problem spooling that turbo 40-50lbs.Is 30 all the boost you have ever seen out of it?I would be adjusting the wastegate or checking for boost leaks.I don't understand why you have no smoke.You should be able to black out intersections.
Side note: I see you are running a Mac intake.Please tell me your not running their junky filter that comes with it!I run one from them also but put an Amsoil filter on it.The Mac filter is about as good as running a fishing net.

With the ice storm our internet has been spotty. I tried to get on here yesterday and reply on the other threads, but it was sooo frustrating, I gave up.
Anyway, I dont think the injectors are the issue. Something is not right on the truck, but as always, I am more than willing to check em out for you.

IF I TURN THE SMARTY ON AND THE QUAD UP A LITTLE I CAN BOOST 45++..

Here is a suggestion. Even with no electronics or boxes you should be seening 23k plus PR. I personally feel you have a problem with the injection pump. Have that CP3 checked out. It could be a bad FCA. Cap the rail and test to see what the RP pressure is in case you have a bad HPRV.
Like Mudder500 said....adress the RP issue first! No fuel no power!!

when you turn all the electronics off the ecm is only sending what stock ecm programming would send and there isnt enough to spool the charger you will loose power by taking the electronics off.
