Just curious what mods people have done that they think was a complete waste of money.

so far I have only wasted $250 on the wireless controler for the Rancho 9000XL shocks. $250 down the drain. I am going to take it off soon. I have to reset it every few days to get it to work.

The plus is it lets in lots of air.

The negative is, it only sucks in hot air and then feeds it through a metal pipe to heat it even more, not very good intake for towing.

Commander, sent it back twice for the same problem and it still doesn't work. Total waste of money.

I have to admit, I was very happy with it at first also. It does allow a lot of air to be sucked into the turbo. It even lets the turbo sing without removing the silencer ring. This also made me smile, but then I started thinking about it and reading about different air filter systems and decided to go back to the stock air box, the new and improved Mopar 53034249AA filter and a home made cold air inlet (PSM).
All this to try and keep the egt down.

The Puck cuz the Predator does more and better - especially w/custom tunes. The 51" nelsen - it wasn't quiet enough.

Your 51" muffler isn't quiet? I have the 51" and it is as loud as stock. Did you take off other stuff when you put the muffler on?

Drop-in K&N air filter. I check frequently for any dusting and there's no problem in that regard, but I've not noticed any improvement in mileage. Not bad, just $70.
