Try checking these threads.
I did a forum search for "Alarm Unlock" and came up with these and several other threads.

You'll notice I have alot of posts in Shovelhead's noted threads. My truck is doing this regularly. Usually at the most inappropriate times: i.e. parking lots by old people, deer hunting, 5:00 a.m. etc. Most replies involved my ineptness at understanding the owner's manual, but this isn't the case. I live by an FM radio tower and a military electronics fellow told me its probably crossing w/ my remote frequencies when disarming/arming my keyless entry. It is all stock, factory keyless entry w/ panic feature. Locking w/ the fob locks both doors and sets the passive factory alarm. Breaking a window won't set it off nor will motion, however, openning a door that was locked by the fob will. The manual states that if the alarm was triggered it will let you know by honking the horn three times. I know for a fact that the alarm was never triggered because I was within earshot of my truck but I get the three short beeps when I unlock my truck w/ the fob. The geniuses at my local Chrysler dealer can't help me because the truck isn't showing any codes...so it actually can't be doing this according to them. Good luck with this, I never got a solution and just unhook my horns when hunting. Kurt

Hey guys the genius at my local Dodge dealer thinks he knows exactly why this is happening and is going to "fix" it next week after Thanksgiving. Apparently he says its a sensor in the locking mechanism that tells the alarm system if the doors are locked or not. When this sensor gets wet it causes these kinds of problems...we'll see. I live in the Pacific Nor'west and my rig has always been local, lotsa rain and then it will rain! I'll keep you posted of the results. Kurt
