The left edge of my front left tire is wearing out fast. My truck has a rebuilt front end. The truck drives strait and smooth. I guess the camber could be out or something like that. Any ideas on what could cause this. All the other tires wear fine.

Did you get an alignment after rebuilding the front end? If not, that could be the culprit. Especially if you changed the upper control arm bushings, as they are the adjusting points for the camber and caster.

Wouldn't that be a "D"250 thing?

Y ya I don't thing I ever saw control arms on my W250! Some ball joints are adjustable but I don't know about the king pins.

OOps. I saw rebuilt "front end" and instantly assumed "D". The 4x4 I've had only ever needed kingpins- one had 240K when I got it; the other 135K.
