Underhood fuse box.
The terminal that supplies power to my underhood fuse box is loose, I tracked it down after the lights started flickering, and I went to tighten it and whatever is supposed to hold the bolt on the other side feels like it is slipping and the whole thing is turning, I am guessing there is a piece of plastic around the bolt and it is broke or worn out letting it turn. Anyway my question is if I remove the fuse box is what I am guessing correct or can I even get to the other side of the terminal when I get the fuse box out, or is there a way to get to it without removing the fuse box?
Thanks
Chris

I would guess that both terminals are interior to the fuse block. Removing the fuse box should give you some sort of access to the back side. Doesn't sound like a fun job, though....
