i had a 10" installed under the rear seat on the driver's side of the cab - works just fine - although the seat sits at a 'slightly' higher angle than before. if you don't have people in the rear very often it is NO problem at all. i've had it like this for about 3 yrs now.

ive got two 10's in under the seat in truck boxes they are facing down to the floor instead of firing up. i just put a 1/2 strip of trim in a square around the speakers so they wouldnt hit the floor sounds awesome.

Check out the fox box, it is a legit prefab box that, from what I here sounds legit.
