Unhappy Uconnect quit Working...

I have a factory installed Uconnect that not longer work, It start that when i push the mirror button the radio display (CELL) but no audio hear in the speakers, i suspect for a loose connection and disconnect the radio and check the connectors , everything looks find. Reassemble and now its not working at all.
Any Ideas!!!

Take the module out!

Take the module out, everything looks ok...connectors Ok, and no obvious damage in the module.
1- would reading the OBDII will give me a failure???.
2-Could disconnecting the radio without disconnecting the (-) battery cable could cause this.?
3- is there a way to reset the module?
