Twin Turbo

Hi Guys

a question from Dodge Driver in Switzerland.

I can make Twin Turbo with Stock 2 Gen and Stock 3 Gen Turbo?

You need to pick one or the other, you can't use both for twins.

Hi chrigu!

You should not do this- there needs to be a big primary turbo and a small (like the stock) secondary turbo.
The reason is that you want more mass of air- that is why you buid twins. So you need a turbo that takes lots of air and force feeds it to the small one. If you take two of the same size you do not increase the mass of air significantly.

i drive my 3 gen about 7 Years! an my brother in law about 2001 !!
yes for buy this trucks here if a small fortune but i love my ram.....here in switzerland if the best truck for towing and cruising.....i hat this japan pick ups

if you are going to do all your own fabrication, a 2nd gen manifold, flipped 180*, so it faces upward instead of down, usually works the best for twin turbos
