Turbo Whine at 10 psi

Turbo Whine at 10 psi
Today the temperature actually dropped to 10 degrees F so i dont know if that has something to do with it but whenever the turbo is running at about 10 psi it gets a loud whine. If i accelerate or decelerate to where the boost pressure is above or below 10 psi it goes away. Am i just being paranoid or is something going wrong?

That is about the boost press I get my best turbo whistle at. I like it. It has been that way since I installed my AFE filter about 300k miles ago.

my turbo is the exact same way, pull you silencer ring and it willl fix it ... it fix it so it s louder

I removed my silencer ring and mine whistles loudest from 3 to 7 p.s.i.

mine whistles loud at about 10 psi, but my loudest is about 20-25 psi... whistle is normal!

Mine really whines about 13psi, and changes to a higher pitched whistle after that.
