stock setup just have the edge ez, will not be going higher horsepower, Is piers hx35 hybrid a good choice, im also keeping the stock exhaust. Also trying to keep price down, thanks. i know nothing about turbos.

If it were me, and not going to get more HP, I would get a used stock hx35 from someone on here that has upgrade, for around 300 bucks. check the classifieds

HTT has some upgrades availible for your turbo. Why do you need a turbo on a stockish truck?

How many miles you got on that truck? If less than 200 K they have no idea what they are talking about!

Its possible. I have 79,000 on mine, and its almost shot. I've got so much up and down play in the compressor wheel, I can almost make it touch the housing, and I've started getting in and out play in it too.

I just checked mine today, it used to have zero play before I started pushing it over 30 psi, no that it sings to 35 psi at 5000' every once in a while, it has some play. That said, my stocker has nearly 224,000 miles on it, and pulled a trailer almost for the first 170K of it's life. New IP at 180K, edge comp at 185K, = my turbo has had a hard life. Must be one of those special HX-35's with titanium shafts and stainless journal bearings.
