Turbo play, how much is too much?

Well, I was swapping out my air filter tonight and decided to give the turbo a peek. Looked ok, grabbed the bolt and I can ever so slightly feel some play. It does not appear to be rubbing, but crap, I really don't need this problem right now. It builds 19 psi of boost, everything looks fine, sounds fine. The truck has 226,000 km/140,000 miles on it. Any ideas?

It's fine, go ahead and say ahhhhhh!!!!!!! Side movement is normal as long as not hitting housing or have rub marks on housing. Slight end play also normal.
