tug-o-war in NC this weekend!

Ok fellas, there is the annual tug o war at Galloways 4wheel drive center in New London NC this saturday. There will be a truck show, rti ramp, and discounts on products from Galloways. For the most part this is gas trucks hooking up on concrete, but most of the time there is a few diesels at the end for a little black fun! I expect a good turn out of diesels this year with the big attention diesels are getting! Come hang out, food available on site! This pull only happens twice a year so don't miss it!

Hello
I seen the event flyer to late to attend.
Do you have the rules to attend? Diesels allowed?

This maybe something neat to go watch.

See Ya

Very fun day!! There was only one failure of the day and that was a tranny line blowing off and the fluid catching on fire. Other than that no one broke a thing out of about 25 trucks. An 82 chevy long bed won the gas class in the pulls. Then at the end there were several ford powerstrokes that hooked in the diesel class. Then after that the finall pull was a grudge match between a gas burning chevy and a power stroke on 38s. After the weight was equaled the gas burner pulled the choke 2 out of three times! And by the way the gas burner wasn't stock by power, tranny or suspension. He was set up for pulling!

Pics anyone?

if that ggasser was set to pull of coarse he would beat the stroke.. all teh factors make sence. He mighta beatens many a cummins as well... the powerstroke, 6.0? or 7.3? and on 38's if he wasnt geared, then it does him no good..
