is anyone runing the TST powermax with only intake and exhaust? i was wondering how much smoke it puts out on the max setting in a 05 cummins. thanks

On max I am sure it would smoke, for a minute then I bet you could say by, by turbo.

If you want smoke stack an mp8 or a smarty with the tst. The regular tst wont smoke much because it waits for boost before it fuels. The early twins version of the tst will fuel sooner but it will be he!! on your stock turbo.

Smarty/TST smokes more than MP8/TST

the TST is not a box like the rest when you can just turn it all the way up straight out of the box.....can't do that. Need LOTS of supporting mods first.

I have TST box on my truck and it smokes a good bit, but nothing like my friends '01 2500 CTD. For cruising around I keep the settings on 3-3, then when I want to play around I step it up to 7-4 (hp - torque). Still gets the point across when you have a car on your butt!!

TST on 7X5 and smarty on 6 and the intersection comes to a complete stop

Phil it is pretty wicked fast, just need to something to do about my heat. i wouldnt have thought with the 62 it would get that hot that quick. I cant make a full pull on the dyno without getting too hot. im a little upset.

I had exhaust and intake on my 05 with the tst and it wouldnt smoke much. I stacked a power pup with mine and it would smoke pretty good. I had the old school crazy larry/tst twins flash/II sps 66 in the end and that would roll the smoke. that was about the best it ran also with that combo.
