Hey guys, a buddy just bought an 07 dually with a 6.7 and manual 6 speed. He wants to cut the exhaust, (entire exhaust, cat, particulte filter, muffler) is there any safe way to do it? Like safe for the engine, codes, ect.

Also, whats the best mods fo thsi truck, do they ahve injectors out yet??
