Truck wont start...grrr

Ok... heres whats up, pulled the head, reinstalled, installed new bd towing twins, and go to start and no power from the factory harness to the lift pump? I have a holley with a relay, relay is good, holley is good. No trigger power from the factory lp harness??

Question 2... I jumped the holley and had 14psi at the fuel filter, now what i'm wondering is... since there is no power on that factory harness, will the VP work, cause i cranked and cranked and nothing, i'm not throwing any codes?? I triple checked all connections, nothing i missed or loose.

? 3 where does the power come from to power up the lp? I've checked all fuses and nothing blown? Any ideas would be great cause i'm stumped right now.. thanks

Try disconnecting your batteries for 10 minutes. It may just need reset.

The lift pump is triggered by the ecm from pins 35 and 15, need to make sure ASD relay in the fuse box under the hood is working, this powers both lp and vp44, finally check pin #7 at the vp wiring harness for 12 volts with key in run position
