Yesterday i was warming up the truck, and when it went to the hi idle it just dies, turn key off then on and no fuel pump? Unplug the adrenaline and it fires right back up, then as soon as the hi idle starts it dies again. I was doing some changes in the custom tuning, is there something in there i could have changed to cause it to do this? ANy info would be great.. thanks

My truck did the same thing. It is caused by the Smarty & Adrenaline both trying to do high idle. I already notified Quad about it.

WHen i first put the adrenaline in it did it about 3 times then its been fine for the last 5 months.. now all the sudden it starts dieing? Not forsure why this would start this all the sudden? I'm gonna reload the adrenaline and see what happens..??

Ok reloaded the adrenaline, plug it in and now it wont go into hi idle and i still have my check engine light? I was out of town yesterday when this thing started acting up.. so i had to run with the unit unplugged, did this do something to it? and why the check engine light?? Any info would be great...thanks

check engine is there from no MAP or bus fueling reading because unit was unplugged....should go away with few starts and module plugged in

You've got the Smarty you tell us what the cel is.
My truck did the same thing when i loaded a Smarty with the AD.

Same issue here but I'm not completely convinced on what the issue is. Start up idle is fine but once the high idle kicks in, it dies. If I try to start it right up, just like your issue, the LP won't turn on. I turn off the truck for 30+ seconds and then back on it fires right up. High idle kicks in and it dies again. It's getting to be a PITA. I'm running the XZT+ (3k tune)....any ideas Quad? Yes, I've removed and reloaded the tune.

Ok went out this morning and started it up, went to hi idle no problems, so as i'm leaving the drive way the pulse dies, engine drops to idle....soooo all the sudden it comes back on, comes up to hi idle, seems to be fine now, CEL is gone soooo.. any ideas.. all connections are good and tight. Guess i'll just watch and see what happens...thanks for the info..
