Trouble Codes and the Quadzilla

I replaced the switch for my Quadzill XZT+ this afternoon, the old switch broke. So I get the new switch in and turn the truck on, now I have codes plus the CEL is on. Codes are p0237 and p1488. I had the p0237 when my MAP sensor went out a couple years ago but the new sensor fixed it. Plus the truck ran fine with no codes or CEL the whole week I drove it with the switch broken. No the truck has full power in the performance setting and fuel mileage setting but in the "Off" position the truck has no power at all. I unplugged the Quad in the cab and it felt like a stock truck again. Wife and I took the truck out tonight to dinner and in the performance setting it had no problem driving, got it up to 65 with no problem.

I'm wondering if I should try to reload a different tune into the quad and reinstall it or if something else is my problem and the quadzilla just enhances it? ANyone else ever have an issue like this?

Forgot to add, the Quad XZT has the 3000 tune on it and my waste gate is turnbuckled.

I did some checking on the truck tonight. I tested the voltage at the connector that plugs into the MAP and the voltage was good. I unhooked the batts to clear the CEL and codes, I also took the Quad off the truck and put it back to stock, still had the CEL on start up. Without the Quad installed feels like it has most of it power back though. I reinstalled the Quad and again i get limp mode in the OFF setting but I get full power in the other two settings. I'm confused still.

I didn't up date the Quad tonight, i couldn't find my USB cable for it. I'll try to update it after work.

I worked on the truck after I got home from work this evening. I took the quad off copletely and the turnbuckle (Forgot to take that off last night) Started up my truck and engine light is gone and the truck is back to stock power. I'm going to leave the Quad off for a few days and see how the truck run but when i test drove it tonight it seemed to be like a perfectly running stock truck.

Now I need to find out why I am having these to codes when the quadzilla is plugged in. I wouldn't think a switch going bad would do anything because the truck ran fine with the bad switch, it only messed up when I installed the new one.
