Tranny shifting problems

Had tranny flushed and now it doesn't want to shift into drive untill it revs to about 3000 rpm then it shifts hard. Any thoughts?

Sounds like they flushed some crap into the valve body, I would go back and raise hell. Did they adjust the bands also ????
