ive have an 06 qc sb 4x4 auto 5in ex no programmer, my issues are when at light throttle or after decel most noticeable in od at 61-64 mph i get a little shutter or vibration not violent or jumpy just noticeable ive akways put it off on exhaust drone, high idle my truck will go into a slight lope used to be real noticeable had dealer check it out and they changed the fuel pressure valve, didnt fix problem but calmed it down a bit, when sitting at a light you can feel it a little bit also, i drive another o6 5.9 auto at work and ive compared it to it and mine is definetely more profound. anyways My main concern is that when under wide open throttle it wont shift into od without backing down but going down the road or under load it shifts great. any thoughts as to what may be going on should i go ahead and be putting back for a rebuild?? only 50k on the odometer now any thoughts

The no OD at WOT is a favorite gov solenoid\transducer trick. It could be other things but that is the easiest to change out and test.

The shake you have sounds like an injector problem, Sorry for saying that but thats what a lot end up being.
