I have an issue with my tcase. There is noise in 4wd, its been getting worse over time, and its pretty loud now. Only happens in 4wd, and if I take it out of 4wd the noise continues till i let off the throttle to "disengage" whatever it is that gets uncoupled when you let off the throttle.

In 2wd it has been fine for months now and many miles.

I think the issue started on a 4wd boosted launch once, the noise it made was very loud and ratcheting, it stopped when i came to a stop and took the truck out of 4wd. Never made loud noise like that again, but has been noisy ever since in 4wd.

My question is what have you guys done to upgrade your Tcase? I would like to upgrade it to something that can handle a bit of power.
OR are my choices in this limited?
