trans problems?

Had to do a 950 mile trip over the weekend, and about half the trip i was in 4high due to the blizzard conditions. Well on the way home i noticed when the torque converter would go to lock ussually around 45-50mph the truck would shake a little bit. after it was locked it would slip if i gave it some pedal to accelerate Rpms would move up faster than the truck would go forward. I had to pass 1 time from about 50mph and the truck down shifted but once it got into gear rpms went to 3300pms and bounced there like i was on the rev limiter. does this sound like a TC problem or more?

Trans issues

You didn't say if you were towing or not. Mine did the same thing after I
installed the Banks "Git Kit". Didn't really notice it until I hooked up my 5er
then the tach would outrun the speedometer under a load.

I would definitely have it checked by a good aftermarket PERFORMANCE
transmission shop who works on the 47RE. Unless you get lucky, the local
Dodge dealer won't be much help....unless you want another stocker trans.
