Tranny ? Need some help
Have had the tranny out of the truck for about 6 months and was wondering how you get around the neutral safety switch to get it started? Thanks Cin

find the wires that run to the neutral safty switch and hold them together. That should let it start. with the switch has a little nipple that gets pushed in by something in the transmission so i am geussing when i tmakes contact it lets it start.

When the neutral safety switch is not made, the Engine Starter Motor Relay is not pulled in. The safety switch supplies the Relay its ground. You can jumper out the pins on the plug to the safety switch. I believe you will need to ground the Blk/Wht wire.
