Tranny shifting question

Ok, I don't know if this is happening to anyone else but mine at fairly slow speeds, constant skinny pedal it seems to shift up and down constantly. I think it is 2-3 shift but I went to the dealer and the tranny guy got on DCS Tech connect and there is a bulletin for 1-2 shift busyness. Anyone have 2-3 shift business?

I would think it's because of your tire size ??? I had a little bit of busy shifting between 3rd and OD. The smarty may have had a play in it but, my guess is tire size also.
