Will an 05 48re bolt up to my 03? I have the 48re in my truck already but it is completely burnt up and i need a quick fix and don't have a bunch of cash. I can get a 05 48re with about a 100,000 miles on it for 600 bucks. Its supposed to be in good working condition. I just need to get down the road for another couple of months what do you guys think. If it can be directly bolted up will all the connections from my truck match up to the new tranny correctly? Also how hard of a swap will this be to perform in my drive way?
