Tranny pan torque specs?

I did a search and came up with the tranny pan bolts to be torqued to 13 ft/lbs....is this correct? Seems to be not that much! Also, what are the torque specs on the torx #25 bolts for the tranny filter?

I just tighten them good and snug and call it good. Never had any problem.
