I just dropped the pan and filter on the 99 with a built georend tranny and triple disc converter. It has regular pan, 2 1/4 gallons came out and i only had 1 1/2gals here. Isnt it usually the 6 quarts come out on a regular pan and filter change? I remember back to the 1st georend trans in that truck only dropped 6 quarts. Ill get the rest of the fluid tomrro morningand be good. I have to say the fluid looked perfect, smelled normal, tasted bad. The magnet almost nothing on it at all. So i guess its work really good for me.

 

i dono but i know with my mag-hytech pan it took 21qts to read dead on full in neutral after flushing out all the lines when i installed mine.....
