TPS Trans cable adjustment?

What is the cable on the TPS for, that goes to the Tranny? The manual sais to adjust it so there is no slack in it. What if I make it tighter or looser?

Thanks Bob

Maybe it is the apps?

Anyway, anyone have any ideas?

If you get it to loose you will burn things up.

Thanks guys!

With the Smarty fueling down so low, I would think it would be good to keep it tighter, to keep the pressure up?

Yes, but if you get it too tight it will not let you shift before you hit the governor.

I put it pretty tight and no trouble!

When I did my shift kit I did not change any of the shift points. All is well!

Thanks Bob
