tps code ???
been reading on this site for a while, just never joined and posted. very good stuff here guys, makes me wish i had a phone at home so i could look this up more often.
i've got a 99 2500, stock except a k&n air cleaner, bigger tires and a missing cone shaped obstruction in my turbo inlet ;D
just returned to the flat lands after a trip back home to god's country and my poor darling started to sound like an illigitimate child of mel tillis. mainly off the line or when i had to pour the coal to it. i had autozone pull the codes for me, and it came up PO122 tps a circuit low input and nothing else
after we pulled them, the check engine light went off and stayed, and it hasn't stuttered at all.
i hope she's just afraid doctors, a new tps is around $425 :'(
any thoughts besides resetting sensor and changing fuel filter?
much obliged,

Re:tps code ???
That is a low signal voltage code. It usually means the APPS (the TPS in a 99 and up truck) is starting to fail.
However, I would first clean the APPS with contact cleaner, let it dry, and see if it straightens itself out. What happens is they get dirty, pick up moisture, and then give bad voltage readings.
