Tow button

What' does the tow button do on an 05 dodge? To me it seems to change the shift points but not sure.

Yep that's it. In 05 they computerized it to change shift points lock converters and make it live longer. Everthing else it lucked out overdrive and upped shift

overdrive isn't locked out. Mine still shifts into overdrive but at different rpm.

Like previously mentioned, shift points and it will lock the Torque Converter in 2,3 and OD..

you don't have the option of "OD - off" like in previous years, which some people like.

I have 3 choices in my '06. Normal, Tow Haul, and O/D Off.
