well i had a interesting day today aparently i have tuned my engine up well enough that it is going to be a problem keeping it in the frame rails i sheered off both motor mounts today just pulling a semi out of the mud the front had sunk because of all the rain we have had here in sw MO i was not even at half throtle or slipping the tires had it in 4 hi the semi was slidding back nice and easy and then wham it all jet go i thought i lost a u joint at first but then i had smoke and steam rolling out from under the hood so i shut it down

final carnage

motor mounts
trans mount
heater hoses
fan blade
fan clutch
radiator
sep belt
bat cable
rad hose
power steering lines

The heater hoses don't hold the motor up real well...

I think I'm going to move my mounts up the priority list.

I see he got the transmission and brakes going, though. Sorry to hear/ see that, man. The older, nonIC engines were known for warping frames, but I just thought it was operator error. This could be, too, though

WOW! that is AWESOME and very very awful at the same time. I feel the need to do my motor mounts next. I was under my truck a few days ago and i thought they looked kinda dry rotted...

Was it your semi truck? If not, is the driver or his company gonna pay for your damages? I'd never hook my truck to one lol.
