Torque Management reduction / removal

Hey Guys,

What options are out there for the reduction or remove of Torque Management in a NON Downloader form? I'm looking for something that doesn't require the PCM to be flashed.

Well tc/valve body, injectors and fueling box will add some low end grunt, but then you have to look at turbo, etc. A downloader that modifies the ECM torque management code is probably the most effective.

I currently have a VB, and XZT. I can tell when the Torque Management leaves seems about 8 to 10mph. The truck needs more grunt from a stop in order to back my heavy trailer up my inclined driveway.

I would hate to think I have to spend the money on a downloader to add slow grunt for that purpose.

Well I am not sure how much more effective just a VB would be on the stock TC. I noticed a signficant difference/improvement without a downloader when I had my TC/Trans upgrades. But in the long run it will cost somewhere to get the low end where you are looking for it.
