Too much governor bounce??
I have a 4kgsk in my 98 12v and in cold weather the governor bounce is so bad the engine will stall in the first minute of operation. Is there anything that can be done to correct this.....i.e., tightening or loosening the gsk?

Loosening a click or 2 will defenetly help but you will loose some top end rpm's.
