Tonneau cover with tool box?

Tonneau cover with tool box?
Anyone ever find a tonneau cover to use with an over the rail tool box installed? Hate to loose the over the rail box just to get a cover , and would hate to have to remove the cover just to get in the tool box. Anybody ever made their own?

Thanks a lot ColdCase! That first link is EXACTLY what I'm looking for! Anyone else ever made one of their own? I just a little tight! I would have a hard time paying a nickel to watch a pissant eat a bale of hay! ( and that would be something to see! LOL)
