well everyday is a great day to drive one, but today is even better:D
I hate that gas went up like it did, but for now diesel ($2.69)is .50 a gallon cheaper than regular unleaded:D :D :D It felt reallly good to top off the 42 mpg Passat TDI for so much less than the gassers:cool: While it is still this cheap, I went ahead and filled up six 5 gallon cans.

ANother great thing I found out is that the bio-D refinery a little east of RIchmond is selling B100 for $2.46 a gallon. wooohooo Just have to find me some tanks to carry it home in...

Diesel hasn't been lower than gasoline since I got my truck.

I was estatic when I found some crappy Diesel for 3.09 and a broken pump.

I'm sure that my tank's going to get all kinds of algic infestations, but I was happy.

Just down from my office it's $3.45. Near my home (20 miles) it's a little closer to $3.10 depending on where you find it. I have people ask why I drive a big truck with fuel prices, I just smile and say I get better mileage than most gas trucks. They don't believe it only cause they drive little cars.
