Ok boys and girls, I need your help please. My 05 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 needs a new set of tires now at 41k miles. I would love to find a set that will fit the factory rims but be a bit taller than the 245/70/17 BFG's. This tire from the factory is about 31.4" tall and I would like to find a tire that stands about 33+".

Any ideas?

Get a 285-70-17 BFG A/T KO.

It will fill the truck out nicely and look much better than the factory tires.

It's just under 33" but looks really good.

I put some on my truck a couple of weeks ago. I have been very pleased with them.

They replaced the stock 265-70-17's.

I don't think you will be dissapointed. You could go larger, but you really begin to mess with mileage and other things if you go much bigger.
