got a 02 ram 70k miles i love it

i have 315 tires and now the speedo is way off. also i have the edge porformace chip in it..I was wondering if i get a superchip to adjust the miles, if it would work with the edge

You can use the superchips to just change the tire size, without loading the performance program.

There are folks running the Superchips "stacked" with the EZ and/or the Comp, I'm sure they'll chime in soon.

Kindof an expensive way to change the tire size though, Dealership should be able to do it.
Most charge about 40 bucks, but others do it for free if you have it in for other service, like an oil change or something.

I have a few buddies who have a comp, injectors, and then tried to stack a superchips/hypertech programmer and they said the truck didn't like it. Way too much timing. They didn't mention anything about skipping the performance adjustments and just trying to correct the tire/speedo.

The cheapest thing to do is get on the interstate, measure between mile markers and figure out how much your milage is off. For every 1 mile marker on I35 here in TX, I travel .9 miles. That means that my speedo is off by 10%. When I cruise, I add 10% to whatever my speedo says, along with my odometer. Its cheap, free, and not much to think about in my mind anymore, I guess I just got used to it.
