time for more mods....
With summer rapidly approaching and money burning holes in my wallet I'm looking to upgrade the CTD once again. Truck is basically bone stock other than what's in my sig. I'm looking for some more power but it wouldn't hurt to maximize the smoke effect as well. gotta keep the ricers in check ya know.
I'm not interested in anything too radical because I want to spare myself a new SBC so anything the pierces the VP wire is out... my lil brother has an Edge Comp and wow does that thing rock so if I ever feel the need I'll just swap keys.
So what is the consensus... EZ?? Injectors?? both??
get a second job and BOMB's away??

If you want smoke and some power, and did I mention smoke; Just go get an EZ, and the cheapest 100 horse injectors you can buy. A friend of mine did that on his 01 HO, and it would out smoke an old 6-71 Detroit, and had petty good power too.
However, if you want more power with smoke, just less. I would say Mach 1.5 or 2 EDM's, and a Box if you like.
Now, I am a 12v driver, and if I want power, I can have it in about 45 minutes, and if I want smoke, about 3 min. Hopefully someone who knows alot more about these "Over-Valved" jobs will chime in here and give you some advice, but this will keep you busy in the mean time.
