Tie rod greasing on 3rd gen.?

I have some castrol ngle grade 2 grease laying around, (the red stuff), and was wondering if I can use it to grease my tie rod ends?

Grease

Red is what I'm using. It's moble though, but it's the full synthetic. I think the emphasis on lithium only is a bit high. Most are lithium based. I've used red for years and nothing's ever gone wrong, and I might add, I've never had a ball joint, or tie rod go bad.

My red is RedLine. Its grade 2 as well. I have been using it for a long time prior to owning this truck. It never failed me. Its lithium based.
