ticking noise only when hot?

ok so i get this ticking noise only when the truck is fully warm. it looks as though my fan is a little bent and there is 1 fin that has a small piece missing from it about 1/2inc by 1/2 inch. has anyone had this happen or have a similar sound? its pretty loud i can hear it with the hood closed when im outside the truck

i dont think it is an injector, the oil is not overfull and it is not the valves i just adjusted them. it has been doing it since before i adjusted them i just thought i should try adjusting them to make sure it wasnt the valves. what could it be? thanks

I didn't think you had to adjust valves on the CR motor... (???)
